New Visitors!

To all new traffic from facebook, I really appreciate you visiting! Like I mentioned on the post I haven't really updated recently, getting married kind of made that a little more difficult! However, I'll hopefully get some new cards up soon! Also like I mentioned, most of the things I do are by request.  You email me and let me know events, colour schemes, what the individual likes, or what you like and I'll put together a sample, emailing you throughout to make sure it looks like what you want! If you decide to go with an assortment of say, birthday cards, and have no specific requests, I will do my best to make sure there's an appropriate mixture of gender and age appropriate cards, along with different colours and styles!  When it comes time to mailing them, I generally charge the amount that I'm charged, or less for shipping.  It all depends on how much shipping comes to.  If you order one card, I'm not going to charge you the 39 cents it will cost to ship it within Canada.  If you order wedding invitations, I'm unfortunately not rich enough to cover the 50 dollar shipping costs!

Sometimes it's nice to not do things for money

Okay... That's very rarely true when you're flat broke hahahahaha

However! I did enjoy making this card for one of my very good friends.  We really haven't known each other for long, but she's amazing! (And in case you're wondering, her name starts with an a)

It's been a while since I made a card just for the heck of it! I enjoyed!!

Third Job.... And news! haha

So I finished my third job, which was making a set of 25 "Thank You" cards for my cousin, in return for......

My engagement pictures!!!

I got engaged on Friday Feb 17th, and my cousin had asked me to make her some thank you cards to hand out at her photography business.  So, I made her some thank you cards, in return for her taking my engagement pictures.  Don't have those pictures yet, but in the meantime, here's the card(s) I made her, and a picture of my ring!

It's really hard to see, Unfortunately I can't find my better camera at the moment! haha (And you can see my ring!!)

These are my invitations for another amazing internet friend, Kasey! She was kind enough to ask me to make these invitations for her totally epic retro wedding.  I love the color scheme, and the way these invites turned out! So glad I got to be a part of their special day!

And super excited for them to get the package and see them in person!!! I hope they love them as much as I do!

Well, here we go! It's (finally) the final product! In my hurry to mail them out I forgot to take pictures, so I've adopted these from the recipient! I'm so glad they turned out so well and that she loved them as much as she did! Congrats Jacky!!!

Now I'm onto my next set for another friend! And they're definitely going to be taking a different turn than these ones! Stay tuned!!!

A Job?!

That's right! I got a job making a friend's wedding invites! I'm totally excited for the job and the wedding (though I won't be able to make it :( ).  She's going to look positively stunning and have an amazing time... Even if it is without me!
I'll update with pictures once I finish, but I'm so excited to even get started! With any luck this will be the kicker for this going somewhere! (ANYWHERE!!)

My first order was received just a few days ago! Thank goodness! Glad it all worked out :)
